All About Love is the eleventh studio album by Christian singer - songwriter Steven Curtis Chapman, released on January 16, 2003 by Sparrow Records.
Produced by Chapman and Brown Bannister, the album includes the first cover songs Chapman has ever recorded in his catalog of music, "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" (originally recorded by The Proclaimers) and "I'll Take Care of You" (originally recorded by country music singer Ronnie Milsap). Chapman credited his wife, Mary Beth, as the inspiration for the album. "When Love Takes You In," a track from Chapman's previous album Declaration, is the final song on the album and was made into a music video with its theme on adoption. The track "How Do I Love Her" gave Chapman his first Top 30 crossover hit on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. Chapman also revisits his early 1990s classic "I Will Be Here."
All About Love topped the Top Christian Albums and peaked at number 12 (Chapman's highest charting album) on the Top 200 Albums charts in Billboard magazine. The album was Gold certified in 2008 by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Chapman was nominated in three categories at the 35th GMA Dove Awards for Male Vocalist of the Year, Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year and the title song for Song of the Year.
