Mirror Of Your Heart (1985)

Mirror Of Your Heart is a compilation album by Christian singer - songwriter Chris Christian, released on August 1985 by Home Sweet Home Records with distribution by Word Records.

Originally released as a ten track collection on LP and cassette tape, Mirror Of Your Heart is a collection of, according to Christian, "my favorite easy listening songs that I hope will be used as a meditation tool to think on the things that really matter, our relationship with our Lord and our brothers and sisters in Christ. I hope it is a collection worthy to stay in your glove compartment and near your record player to be used to bring us all to a moment of introspective through in a fast, hurried, trivial world." The LP and cassette contains new tracks that begin on each side: the title song, which was the only single to be released to Christian radio and "Sing Hallelujah." "Mirror Of Your Heart" was written by Christian and singer - songwriter David Martin. The CD version contains four extra tracks: "Faith That Only Comes From You" (new track on the CD version), "Every Good and Perfect Gift," "Give Up Yourself" and "Lift Up His Name."

Mirror Of Your Heart was reissued on CD jointly by Retroactive Records and Christian's record label Home Sweet Home Records on September 14, 2021, released as part of The Legend Series. All 14 songs have been remastered and contains a bonus track "I Don't Have a Prayer Without You," plus photos, lyrics and liner notes written by Christian himself on the CD booklet.

NOTE: Christian's daughter Courtney Smith appears on the album cover with his dad as well as the back cover.
