Tales of Wonder is the eighth studio album by the Christian rock band White Heart, released in 1992 on Star Song Records.
It is their second album on the Star Song label and the first to feature new drummer Jon Knox, although former drummer Chris McHugh was brought in to play drums on all tracks, except for "Vendetta" which Knox play drums on and co-wrote the final song on the album called "Morningstar." A full-length version of the song can be heard on their 1994 compilation album Nothing But The Best: Radio Classics. Tales of Wonder was produced by White Heart founders Mark Gersmehl and Billy Smiley with Brown Bannister serving as a production consultant. Bannister previously produced the band's 1989 album Freedom. Every track on Tales of Wonder charted on both Christian Rock and Radio (AC/CHR) charts, except "Morningstar" and "Gabriella." A music video was made for the song "Unchain" featuring the new line-up including Knox.
The album peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. In 1993, White Heart earned their second Grammy Award nomination, their first since 1984, for Best Rock Gospel Album and was nominated for three Dove Awards for Group of the Year, Rock Album of the Year and Rock Recorded Song of the Year for "His Heart Was Always In It."
