Du Skulle Vara Med I Sången (1976)
Du Skulle Vara Med I Sången is the 12th studio and third Swedish language album by Christian singer Evie. Orginally released in Sweden in 1975 on the Signatur label, it was widely distributed internationally in 1976 by Word Records. The album was produced and arranged by Lennart Sjöholm and was recorded at Europa Film studio complex in Stockholm, Sweden.
The title translates to You Should Be in the Song. It stands out as one of her definitive Scandinavian gospel recordings from her mid-1970s peak. The album consisted of 10 inspirational tracks, eight of which are Swedish translations of contemporary American Jesus music standards and two songs in English including the Andraé Crouch classic "It Won't Be Long" and "Praise You Just the Same."
