Mirror is the 13th studio and seventh English language album by Christian

singer Evie, released around April 1977 by Word Records. The album was

produced by Lennart Sjöholm and was recorded and mixed at Europa Film studio complex in Stockholm, Sweden.

Mirror was regarded as a landmark album of the 1970s Jesus Music era. CCM Magazine listed the album at number 100 in their 2001 book The 100 Greatest Albums in Christian Music. CCM wrote about the album saying that it "exhibited her maturity as an interpreter of the album's mostly original songs far beyond the pixie image that had worked well for her earlier on. Producer Lennart Sjöholm added more complex arrangements to the generally upbeat program to take the singer into deeper territory." Mirror features a unique die-cut gatefold jacket design that literally included a small reflective surface inside the packaging.

Mirror's highlights include "Four Foot Eleven," Evie's signature biographical song referencing her height, the title track written by Ron and Carol Harris is about the concept that a believer's countenance and actions should reflect the love and presence of Jesus Christ to those around them, and a cover of Andraé Crouch's "If Heaven Never Was Promised to Me." Mirror appeared and charted on the Billboard Top Inspirational Albums chart and peaked at No. 15 in July 1980. It stayed on the album chart throughout 1980 and into 1981. The title song, "Mirror," was listed at No. 51 by CCM Magazine in their 2006 book The 100 Greatest Songs in Christian Music.

Evie later won back to back Dove Awards in November 1977 and November 1978 for Female Vocalist of the Year. Mirror was nominated for Contemporary Album of the Year. In 1978, Evie earned her first Grammy Award nomination for Best Gospel Performance, Contemporary for Mirror.
