Be Thou My Vision: Great Hymns of Faith is the tenth studio and fifth Christian album by American singer Debby Boone, originally released in 1989 by Lamb & Lion/Benson Records. The album was produced by Dan Posthuman and Boone's husband Gabriel Ferrer. The tracks were arranged by Ron Huff. This is Boone's

first release of 1989 (her second 1989 release is her Christmas album Home for Christmas) and her final album of Christian oriented material, which consisted of well-known church hymns. Be Thou My Vision peaked at number 23 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. In 1990, Boone earned her final Grammy nomination for Best Gospel Performance, Female for the album.

In 2000, Curb Records reissued Be Thou My Vision as Greatest Hymns with a different CD cover but with the same track listing. In 2006, The Gold Label reissued the CD with the original title. The original Be Thou My Vision CD has been out of print, however, the album is available on digital platforms and for download purchasing with the original CD cover as well as the Greatest Hymns CD cover.
