Christmas Memories (1987) (Evie Christmas compilation album)

Christmas Memories is a Christmas compilation album by Christian singer Evie,

released in October 1987 on Word Records. The album aggregates seasonal highlights from her two prior Christmas records, Come On, Ring Those Bells (1977) and Christmas, A Happy Time (1984), alongside four brand-new recordings

specifically tracked for this project. The legacy 1977 tracks were fully remixed and remastered by Greg Nelson and Jim Scheffler. All tracks from Christmas, A Happy Time (minus "The Christmas Gospel Medley") were made available for the first time on CD, since it was only released on LP and cassette tape. Christmas Memories peaked at No. 17 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart in January 1989. This released was Evie's final chart appearance and her final album for Word Records. Christmas Memories is only available on Amazon Music and Apple Music streaming platforms.
