Christmas/Navidad (2001)

Christmas (Navidad in Spanish) is the ninth studio and Christmas album by Christian/Latina pop singer Jaci Velasquez. The English recording (Jaci's seventh overall) was released on September 18, 2001 by Word Records and the Spanish recording (Jaci's third) was released on November 6, 2001 by Sony Discos/Sony Music International. Both albums were produced by Christopher Harris.

The albums consist of three original songs sung in both languages: "The Angel Song"/"La Cancion Del Angel" written by Chris Eaton, "It Wouldn't Be Christmas"/

"Si tu no Estuvieras Conmigo En Navidad" written by Christian singer - songwriter Scott Krippayne and "Season of Love"/"Tiempo de Amar" features former Petra musician and vocalist Pete Orta singing duet vocals. The rest of the album features familiar Christmas songs including a cover of José Feliciano's signature classic "Feliz Navidad."
