Furthermore: From the Studio, From the Stage (2003)

Furthermore: From the Studio, From the Stage is a two disc part studio/part live

album by the American rock band Jars of Clay. It was released by Essential Records/Provident Music Group on February 4, 2003. It is the first project to not have the secondary distributor label Silvertone Records, which was a part of Sony Music. The band produced the project themselves.

Furthermore consisted of two CDs with the first disc containing rerecorded songs of their past hits and favorites, plus three new tracks and the second disc containing live performances from the 11Live Tour in support of their 2002 release The Eleventh Hour. Furthermore was conceived to be an alternate "greatest hits" project. The three new recordings on DIsc 1 are "The Valley Song (Sing of Your Mercy)" (which was the only single to be released to Christian radio), a cover of the Christian alternative rock band Adam Again's "Dig" and "Redemption." "Needful Hands" was originally recorded by the band in 1998 for the worship project Exodus. The live recording of "This Road" on Disc 2 was recorded by the band for the 2000 worship project City On A Hill. "The Eleventh Hour" is the only track to appear twice on both the studio and live versions and is the fifth track on each disc. Gospel singer Darwin Hobbs appears on the live disc with his choir on "Revolution" and "I'm Alright."

Furthermore debuted and peaked at No. 64 on the Billboard 200 Albums while charting and peaking at No. 3 on the Top Christian Albums charts. In 2004, Jars of Clay picked up two Dove Award nominations for Group of the Year and Rock/

Contemporary Album of the Year. Furthermore was Gold certified album in January 2005 by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). It was their last certified release.
