Hymns is the 21st studio and 14th English language album by Christian

singer Evie, released in November 1983 on Word Records. Produced and arranged by her husband, Pelle Karlsson, Hymns delivers popular traditional hymns in a gentle, accessible, easy-listening style driven by soft vocal harmonies and rich instrumental backings. The track "Give to the Lord" is an original composition written by Karlsson and is based on Psalm 29. Hymns charted and peaked at No. 16 in April 1984 on the Billboard Top Inspirational Albums chart.

The album was only issued on LP and cassette tape when it was first released. It is not available on CD nor on streaming platforms. A YouTube link to listen to the album is posted below the track listing.
