Seasons Change is the fifth studio album by Christian singer - songwriter Ray Boltz, released in August 1992 by Ray Boltz Music/Word Records. It is Boltz's second release of the year, following up his compilation album Moments For the Heart that came out in March 1992.

Seasons Change was a change in sound for Boltz as while this album still has its inspirational anthems and ballads, Boltz added some adult contemporary pop sounds on some of the tracks with Phil Naish producing five songs and Boltz and his producer Steve Millikan producing the other five tracks. The album opener and lead single "Saving Grace" tells a narrative story about a young woman named Grace who is struggling with her life choices and is "headed for disaster" while looking for love in all the wrong places. The title uses "Saving Grace" both as the character's name and as a theological reference to the hymn "Amazing Grace" that rescues her from heartache and regret. The song topped The CCM Update's Christian AC chart for a week. It's Boltz's first number one on that chart since 1988's "Thank You." Most of Boltz's songs were number one on the Christian Inspo chart.

The title song, released as the third single, is a ballad that uses the metaphor of a farmer waiting for rain to illustrate hope during difficult life "seasons." The song, as well as the album, was inspired by the farm families that Boltz grew up with.  Surrounded by men and women who refused to give up when times were difficult and always ready to give thanks when the harvests were bountiful. Boltz had some top musicians and backing vocalists to give it a polished sound like Bob Carlisle, Chris Rodriguez, Christopher Harris, Mark Heimermann, Jackie Street, Mark Hammond, Steve Brewster, Jerry McPherson and Gary Lunn among others. Seasons Change peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart.

Seasons Change was originally issued on cassette tape and CD when it was first issued. It is not available on digital platforms, but it is sold at Boltz's website at www.rayboltz.com. A YouTube link to listen to the album is posted below this article.
