The Son In My Eyes is the first national debut album by the Christian vocal group NewSong. It was recorded and released in 1982 by Covenant Records, based in Symrna, Georgia. After the group released three self custom-made releases, which were mostly covers of Christian and southern gospel songs, NewSong releases their only album on the Covenant label showcasing their vocal and harmony skills with a mix of country and southern gospel sounds. The album was produced by singer -songwriter Don Carroll with all songs written by group member Eddie Carswell. A YouTube link to listen to the album is posted below this article.
