Unfailing Love is the 18th studio and 12th English language album by Christian

singer Evie, released in October 1981 on Word Records. The album was produced by Evie's husband Pelle Karlsson and was recorded at White Field Studio in Santa Ana, California. It was the same studio were Evie recorded the track "The Name of Jesus" for her compilation release Favorites and the worship project Teach Us Your Way, in which she recorded with Karlsson. White Field served as Evie's home studio for this and subsequent releases.

Unfailing Love was a return to Evie's signature middle-of-the-road, inspirational pop-gospel sound with top musicians playing on the album including Harlan Rogers on keyboards, Hadley Hockensmith on guitar and Keith Edwards on drums. Christian vocalist and songwriter Kelly Willard also provided backing vocals and playing keyboards on the track "Be Still." Karlsson performed on the album playing extra instruments like keyboards, guitars, mandolin and backing vocals. Karlsson wrote five songs on the album and co-wrote the opening track and Christian radio single "How I Love the Lord" with Evie.

Unfailing Love was Evie's first, and only, No. 1 album on the Billboard Top Inspirational Albums chart where it topped in March 1982 and remained at the peak position for two months. It was named the No. 8 Inspirational Album and Evie the No. 5 Inspirational Artist of 1982 on Billboard magazine's year-end issue.

The album was only issued on LP, cassette tape and 8-track tape when it was first released. It is not available on CD or on streaming platforms. A YouTube link to listen to the album is posted below this article.
