WOW Hits 2003 is a double disc compilation album that was released on October 1, 2002 by Word Entertainment, Provident Music Group and EMI Christian Music Group with Sparrow/EMI Christian Music Group as its main distributor.
This collection contains 30 top Christian songs and artists as well as 3 bonus tracks by new and developing artists. This release features music by Amy Grant, ZOEgirl, Audio Adrenaline, Third Day, Newsboys, Rebecca St. James, Michael W.
Smith, Avalon and more. WOW Hits 2003 topped the Top Christian Albums and debuted and peaked at number 34 on the Billboard 200 Albums charts.
WOW Hits 2003 was certified Gold and Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in March 2003. A playlist of WOW Hits 2003 containing audio and music videos is posted below this article.
NOTE: an early version of "Security" by Stacie Orrico was on this collection. At the time of its release, the track was intended for the unreleased second album Say It Again. It is now on the self-titled Stacie Orrico album in 2003.
