For Every Man is the third studio album by Christian singer - songwriter Steve Camp, released in the fall of 1981 on Myrrh/Word Records and produced by Keith Thomas. This album introduced what would become one of Camp's best known songs, "Run to the Battle." The song topped the Christian CHR chart for 16 weeks. For Every Man also produced a Top 10 Christian AC hit with "Farther and Higher."
Rob Frazier, a one-time member of Petra, collaborated with Camp on the track "You Just Talk to Me" thus beginning a songwriting partnership and friendship.
