Light Your World (1989)

Light Your World is the fifth studio album by the Christian vocal group NewSong, released on March 21, 1989 by Word Records. The album was produced by Marc Aramian. NewSong continues their adult contemporary sound from their previous release Say Yes! with more hits like the title song and "Love Is."

Both tracks went Top 5 on the Christian AC chart. Other songs like "Square Peg, Round Hole" and "Father of Love" were also hits on Christian radio.

Eddie Carswell wrote the entire album with co-writing contributions by Paul Smith, Babbie Mason, Niles Borop, Oliver Wells and producer Aramian. NewSong makes their first appearance on Billboard's Top Christian Albums chart with Light Your World debuting and peaking at number 34.
