Count the Cost is the fifth studio album by Christian singer -songwriter David Meece, released in 1983 on Myrrh/Word Records. It is Meece's first studio album in three years and the album is more contemporary pop with some uptempo songs. The song "Falling Down" is based on a sonata by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Meece co-wrote the first single "And You Know It's Right" with fellow singer -songwriter Michael W. Smith and producer Brown Bannister.
