God Shed His Grace: Songs of Truth and Freedom the official third compilation album by Christian singer - songwriter Twila Paris. It was released on February 28, 2012 by Mountain Spring Music/MNRK Music Group (formerly E1 Music).

God Shed His Grace is not your typical "greatest hits" album. Paris hand-picked 11 songs from her catalog that create a timeline of historical and spiritual commentary. Described as a "patriotic-themed" album and as a "love letter and prayer to America," the tracks were chosen for their focus on current events and biblical worldviews. "God Is In Control" (from Beyond a Dream) was written as a response to Paris' concerns regarding the nation's direction. "What Did He Die For" (from Where I Stand), particularly the first verse, was inspired by the 50th anniversary of D-Day and the sacrifice of soldiers. "I See You Standing" (from Cry For the Desert) was inspired by the 1989 events in Tiananmen Square, are just some of the examples of what this project is about.

Paris recorded two new tracks of patriotic hymns for this collection: "God of Our Fathers" and "America the Beautiful." The purpose of the project is to inspire patriots with themes of God's protection and love, even in difficult times. The new tracks are not available on digital formats. A YouTube link to "America the Beautiful" is posted below this article. John Hartley, who produced Paris' previous release Small Sacrifice, produced the new tracks.
