Carry Me Home is a 2002 extended play (EP) by the Christian rock band Third Day. Released as a limited edition CD by Essential Records, in conjunction with the organization Habitat For Humanity, in which volunteers help to build affordable housing for low income families, this EP contains two live performances from the 2001 Offerings Tour and three previously unreleased studio tracks from their vault. Carry Me Home was made available free with the purchase of either their Come Together or Offerings CD with a portion of the proceeds went directly to the Third Day/Habitat For Humanity fund.
