Offerings II: All I Have to Give is the sixth studio and second worship album by the Christian rock band Third Day, released on March 4, 2003 by Essential Records/
Provident Music.
Offerings II was released concurrently with their Grammy and Dove Award winning 2001 album Come Together and serves as a sequel to their first worship release Offerings. Like Offerings, it contains original worship tracks, covers and live performances from the 2002 Come Together Fall Tour. The lead single "You Are So Good to Me" is a cover tune that was originally recorded by the Christian folk duo Watermark in 2001. It topped both the Radio & Records Christian CHR and AC charts and it was the inaugural number one song on the Billboard Christian music charts in their June 21, 2003 issue. Producer Monroe Jones produced the studio tracks and the band produced the live tracks.
Offerings II debuted and peaked at number 2 on the Top Christian Albums and at number 18 on the Billboard 200 Albums charts. The album was Gold certified in November 2003 by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). It is their fourth Gold seller. In 2004, Third Day won Praise & Worship Album of the Year for this release at the 35th GMA Dove Awards and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album, losing to Michael W. Smith's Worship Again and was also nominated for an American Music Award for Favorite Inspirational Artist.
