  • Different Lifestyles (1991)

Different Lifestyles is the fourth studio album by the Christian gospel music duo BeBe & CeCe Winans , released on June 24, 1991 by Sparrow Records and Capitol Records. After the success of their 1988 album Heaven , BeBe and CeCe return with their next album and would propel them to even further success. Different Lifestyles would give them their first number one hits on Billboard 's Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart with "Addictive Love" and a remake of The Staple Singers' 1972 classic "I'll Take You There" (-#1 Billboard Hot 100, -# 1 Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs) featuring member Mavis Staples. The latter song would give BeBe and CeCe their only crossover hit, but climbing up to number 90 on the Hot 100 chart. Both songs would also do well on the Christian radio charts. Seven songs were released as singles from 1991 to 1993 in both mainstream R&B and CCM radio. With the album being produced by Keith Thomas that same year, Thomas also co-produced Amy Grant 's mainstream success album Heart in Motion . Additional production by BeBe Winans and Rhett Lawrence. • Now Is The Time (2005)

Now Is The Time is the sixth and most recent studio album by the Christian R&B/gospel duo Anointed . It was released on April 5, 2005 by Sony Urban Music for the mainstream market and Integrity Gospel for the Christian/gospel market. Now Is The Time continues the ultra-modern sound heard from their 2001 album If We Pray , but adding a more genuinely gospel element than they attained during their Word Records years of the 1990s. Siblings Da'dra and Steve Crawford were involved with this album, writing and producing themselves, along with Warryn Campbell and Mark Heimermann as co-producers. The album's only single "Gonna Lift Your Name" peaked in the Top 10 of Billboard 's inaugural Gospel radio charts. The song is two versions: the regular album version and a remix version, which Campbell produced. The siblings cover of "Jesus is Lord" features the song's co-writer, contemporary gospel legend Andraé Crouch. Now Is The Time peaked at number 12 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart. The duo was nominated for two Dove Awards for Urban Contemporary Album of the Year and Urban Recorded Song of the Year for the single "Gonna Lift Your Name." After the release of this album, the Crawford siblings would be serving as music worship leaders at Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, taking a long hiatus from recording music. In the 2010s, they released a couple of stand-alone singles "Face to Face" and "Victorious" in 2012 and later, Steve and Da'dra have each released solo albums. • If We Pray (2001)

If We Pray is the fifth studio album by the Christian R&B/gospel duo Anointed , released on October 16, 2001 by Word Records. After the departure of former member Denise "Nee-C" Walls, Anointed's future, at the time, was uncertain with the siblings Da'dra and Steve Crawford remaining. The duo decided to head into the studio and begin work on their fifth album. The Crawfords worked with various producers and musicians on If We Pray , including Christopher Harris, Tommy Sims, Chris Rodriquez, Mark Hammond and Dan Muckala. If We Pray pushes the envelope creatively, musically, and vocally, bringing out a distinctive sound with the duo already known for their one-of-a-kind vocal talent. The album balances the jumpy, shouting tracks, like "Rejoice," with more introspective meditational ballads, like "You'll Never Thirst" (co-written by Nicole C. Mullen) and "I'm Praying for You." Former member "Nee-C" Wall co-wrote two songs: "Nothing Can Stop Me from Loving You" and "A Time for Everything." If We Pray peaked at number 17 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart. • The Call (1995)

The Call is the second studio album by the Christian R&B/gospel group Anointed , released in 1995 on Myrrh/Word Records. The album is produced by brothers Cedric and Victor Caldwell, Christopher Harris and Mark Heimermann. The Call was considered a breakthrough and the most successful and best selling album from the group. The group's sound was scaled back from their debut album Spiritual Love Affair and is more adult contemporary with some upbeat songs and moving ballads. Anointed experienced some mainstream success with the track "It's in God's Hands Now." Its music video was added on rotation on BET (Black Entertainment Television) and made the Top 40 on Billboard 's R&B chart. The song is about letting go of a spouse who doesn't want to stay in a relationship and in the music video, showed some statistics about how marriages end in divorce. It's a first in a gospel music album that divorce is rarely talked about. Michael W. Smith provides guest vocals on The Winans cover track "If I Labor." The Call peaked at number 5 on the Top Christian Albums and number 12 on the Top Gospel Albums charts in Billboard magazine. Anointed was named Contemporary Duo/Group of the Year at the 11th Annual Stellar Awards and won three Dove Awards for Contemporary Gospel Album of the Year, Contemporary Gospel Recorded Song of the Year for the title song (the group wrote the song themselves) and Urban Recorded Song of the Year for the track "It's in God's Hands Now." The group earned their first Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Soul Gospel Album. Mary Tiller left amid charges of sexual harassment on the part of their manger and suing the group for breach of contract.
